· Site stewardship through erosion controls during construction to minimize long term environmental damage to the building lot during the construction process.
· Landscape design and management practices to minimize use of fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides which could enter the groundwater.
· Project complies with High-Density requirements which utilizes compact development patterns to conserve land and promote community livability, transportation efficiency, and walkability.
